'Argirelina Amplified© Peptide (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8): much more than an Anti-Age'

'Argirelina Amplified© Peptide (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8): much more than an Anti-Age'

The skin is the organ that reflects not only our health and our emotions, but also and above all the passage of time.

All body tissues age, but the structural changes that the skin undergoes over the years can be easily seen even with the naked eye; in particular, on our face, among the first evident and most common signs, there are certainly wrinkles, which begin to manifest gradually from the age of 30, appearing on different areas of the face and neck.

These alterations, completely natural and closely linked to genetic and environmental factors, are inevitably experienced by our skin and involve all its layers: from the most superficial (epidermis) to the deepest (hypodermis).

"On every face, these imperfections will eventually appear sooner or later, which, depending on the skin type and the morphology of the face, may appear more or less pronounced, but whose main cause is always linked to the excessive stimulation of the muscle fibers."

In fact, exactly under the skin are the mimic muscles responsible for our expressive ability with their movements. However, these characteristic motor fibers are directly attached to the skin of the face and, with their repeated contraction, subject it to numerous direct pulls inward.

This phenomenon is the main cause of the appearance of folds and grooves on the surface of our skin, which leads to a loss of tone and skin elasticity.

It is intuitive to deduce that by alleviating muscle contraction, a relaxing effect can be induced, minimizing the appearance of these wrinkles.

Argireline: a new effective solution against wrinkles

Science has dedicated years trying to create substances capable of limiting the motor stimulus of the facial muscles and, in particular, cosmetology is always attentive to the search for molecules that can make wrinkles less visible, safely and effectively.

"Aiming to discover an ingredient that could restore skin firmness and improve expression lines, we have finally made an extraordinary discovery: Argireline or Acetyl-Hexapeptide - 8 (Argireline Amplified©."

This new and powerful peptide can inhibit and soften repetitive muscle contractions, which cause and accentuate the appearance of wrinkles on the face.

"It has indeed been scientifically proven that this unique molecule has the power to exert a multifunctional and multilayer effect on our skin."

"Different studies, conducted both on in vitro models and on healthy volunteers, have been able to observe how Argireline acts by smoothing the skin texture, reducing fine lines and expression wrinkles, and restoring the natural brightness, firmness, and elasticity of the skin."

The depth of the wrinkles was measured in the crow's feet area and "x years less of effect" was calculated. This calculation is performed by comparing the average value of the periocular wrinkle depth measured at 0, 5, and 28 days in the enrolled subjects with the reference data (curve fitting the periocular wrinkle depth to the biological age of 318 women aged between 30 and 65 years).

After just 5 days, the area (tested at 2%) and the depth (tested at 5%) of the wrinkles decreased on average by 11.3% and 12.3%, respectively.

This precious active ingredient has a true elasticizing action on muscle contractions, smoothing out the wrinkles caused by them and promoting a drastic reduction in skin fatigue, providing the face with a real and noticeable lifting effect.

But the effectiveness of this peptide does not stop at the visible surface of the face; it extends to all levels of the skin, directly acting on the aging process that involves the loss of functionality and structure of the various layers of the skin.

Unfortunately, skin aging occurs through various molecular changes in our skin, which affect all its layers.

For example, in the epidermis it leads to an alteration of the functional barrier and therefore to a lower protection of the skin, while at the level of the dermis it causes a decrease in firmness and elasticity, resulting in sagging and wrinkles. A lower facial volume is also observed with advancing age, a consequence of aged and depleted adipose tissue.

L’Argireline © (or Argirelina) is capable of selectively correcting each of these imperfections acting as a true multi-layer treatment. In fact, this active molecule behaves in an extremely precise and intelligent manner, performing ultra-targeted and different actions on each skin layer.

Clinical Test Argireline Amplified© Peptide: relaxation of facial expressions*

43 female volunteers aged between 32 and 60 applied a cream containing 2% Argireline amplified peptide solution or a placebo cream all over the face, twice a day for 28 days. The reduction in skin roughness was analyzed using a 3D microtopographic imaging system based on fringe projection (PRIMOS) 60 seconds after relaxing smiling facial expressions. The same assessment was performed before and after 28 days of treatment.

For these reasons, our laboratories have undertaken an in-depth study to skillfully harness these incredible cosmetic potentials, with which to create new and innovative facial treatments.

"From our experience, the three new and exclusive formulations of LeLang are born: a combination of technology, research, and results based on Argireline© (Acetyl-Hexapeptide-8) and concentrated actives."

  • Formula Eyes Duo Peptide + Caffeine: the eye contour serum for bags, dark circles, and fine expression lines. It acts on the skin by smoothing it and improving its tone, while draining the fluid retention that causes the unsightly swelling in the area under the eyes.
  • Vitis Eyes Contour: the illuminating eye contour cream with a lifting effect, specifically for the eye contour area. It has been designed to reduce fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes and visually de-puff the bags that weigh down our gaze.
  • Perlage: the antioxidant face cream, enriched with microspheres of vitamin E that protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Unique in its kind, it acts on the skin through Amplified Argireline creating an instant botox and lifting effect, thus reducing both the depth and intensity of wrinkles.

Formula Eyes Duo Peptide + Caffeine: eye contour serum. Contains: Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 Acetyl, Tetrapeptide-5, Hyaluronic Acid.
Vitis Eyes Contour: eye contour cream. Contains: Red Vine Extract, Acetyl Hexapeptide - 8, Acetyl Tetrapeptide - 5, Hyaluronic Acid.
Perlage, face cream with high antioxidant, lifting, and protective power. Contains: Vitis Vinifera, Amplified Argireline (Acetyl - Hexapeptide - 8), Vitamin C, microspheres of Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid.

At the heart of these three products lies a true technological and cosmetic breakthrough, made possible by a peptide whose mechanism of action is changing the face of millions of women.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 is now one of the most sought-after ingredients in the entire cosmetic industry, responding to the widespread need in skin care for a real Anti-Age function.
