LeLang is an Italian functional cosmetics brand founded by Elisa Avalle, who specializes in dermocosmetics at the Universitat de Barcelona. Every formula starts with a specific skin need and addresses it with next-generation actives: biomimetic peptides, biotechnology, stabilized antioxidants.

Where we come from
A father planted a forest. His daughter turned it into skincare.
In the Langhe, Francesco Avalle built a forty-hectare forest piece by piece, without profit, with a single goal: to give oxygen to future generations. To preserve it over time, his daughter Elisa sought a way to give it a future, and found it through research.
It all began with extracting Vitis vinifera from the family’s land, to offer it to cosmetics companies. Those experiments led to the decision to build a true brand, and to a long path of training: culminating in a specialization in dermocosmetics at the Universitat de Barcelona.

Two areas of expertise, the same idea
LeLang is a family project. Elisa is the researcher: she studies the active ingredients, tests them one by one in the laboratory and develops every formula. Enrico is the commercial director: he leads LeLang’s expansion and the growth of the network of pharmacies and para-pharmacies that recommend it throughout Italy.
Two different areas of expertise, the same idea: niche functional skincare, made with care and without shortcuts.

The scientific soul
LeLang is all about functionality: every product has a precise purpose and fulfills it with documented active ingredients, used at the concentration at which they were studied. Biomimetic peptides, collagen-stimulating actives, stabilized and encapsulated vitamin C, next-generation soothing complexes. From concept to pharmacy, a formula takes an average of two years.
The origin
The name LeLang is a tribute to the Langhe. The first product, the Perlage cream, was created with Vitis vinifera extract from the family vineyards; over time, the formula has been improved and updated. We also took our method from the woods: patience, rigor, and constant care.

The complex developed by LeLang for expression lines: two biomimetic peptides and biotechnological resveratrol, selected by comparing the most extensively documented active ingredients for this concern.

Peptide booster for the eye contour, fragrance-free: expression lines, puffiness, and dark circles.
Ferulic + HA
The most studied antioxidant duo in cosmetics, with two hyaluronic acids that hydrate at multiple levels.

Matrixyl® and biotechnological active ingredients to stimulate the production of new collagen; Gardenia stem cells to protect it from degradation.
The milestones
From research to the pharmacy counter
Research. The study of the extraction and cosmetic use of Vitis vinifera from the family vineyards begins.
The laboratory. The formulation and research laboratory opens: Perlage, the first LeLang formula, takes shape.
The pharmacy. The line arrives in pharmacies and parapharmacies: pharmacists try it, recommend it, and choose it.
Specialization. Elisa completes her specialization in dermocosmetics at the Universitat de Barcelona.
The method. Eight lines, targeted protocols, training for partner pharmacists, and a scientific magazine.
