The story
Giving oxygen to future generations
Around the age of forty, Francesco Avalle discovered his calling: planting trees. A passion so strong that over the years it led him to sell his company and devote himself entirely to one idea: giving oxygen to future generations.
He does the opposite of what everyone else does. Piece by piece, he buys land on the slopes of the Langhe that was intended for intensive agriculture and restores it to woodland. Today, it covers around forty hectares, in a place where there was no woodland before.

From seed to tree
A woodland built with patience
An expert and passionate botanist, Francesco collects seeds in nature parks and grows them in his nursery for five, six, sometimes ten years, and only then plants them in the ground. This is how different areas came to be: the Mediterranean maquis, the sequoia grove, the lakes fed by a spring. And with the woodland, the animals returned.
The woodland is private and can be visited by invitation only.

Preserving a gift, through research
The forest is not-for-profit. To preserve it over time, Elisa sought a way to give it a future and found it through research: the first extraction of Vitis vinifera from the family lands, followed by the first LeLang product, the Perlage cream.
For us, the forest is not a backdrop for communication: it is the origin of LeLang. And the company's growth is linked to its protection and expansion.

For many products, we choose glass: recyclable and stable, it protects the formula without releasing anything into it.

Our boxes are made of paper and have no plastic wrapping: one less piece of waste for every package.

Where possible, we choose raw materials from organic farming and verify the origin of everything we use.
