Conclusion of the contract
5.1. The sales contract between Fabe srl and the Customer is to be understood as concluded with the acceptance of the order by Fabe srl. The acceptance will be sent by Fabe srl to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of the purchase action in the cart on the Site.
5.2. This confirmation message will report the Date and Time of order execution and an 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with the staff of Fabe srl. The message reiterates all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
5.3. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Fabe srl guarantees prompt communication to the Customer.
5.4. In accordance with Legislative Decree April 9, 2003, no. 70 containing provisions on electronic commerce, to place an order the Customer must:
insert a Product into the cart by clicking on the corresponding icon near the Product itself;
at the end of the selection of the Products added to the cart, to proceed with the purchase the Customer must click on the button "Proceed with the Order";
the Customer may choose the shipping methods and must accept these General Terms and Conditions without reservation;
The Customer can thus proceed to pay for the Products and delivery charges using the following methods: i) Visa or Mastercard credit card; ii) Paypal express checkout; iii) or with any other methods provided on the Site (as regulated in the following section);
at the conclusion of the order, the Site will automatically assign a unique number that will be displayed on the final purchase summary page;
Fabe srl, upon verification of payment and the actual availability of the Product, will send the Customer the order confirmation which will contain the following information: i) order number and date; ii) details of the Product(s), quantity, price; iii) chosen payment method; iv) delivery cost; v) total order amount;
The Customer agrees to verify the accuracy of the data present in the order confirmation email and to report any errors to Fabe srl.
5.5. Once the online order has been submitted, the Customer must print, save an electronic copy, or keep these General Terms and Conditions as provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
5.6. By placing an order according to the methods present on the Site, the Customer declares that they have reviewed all the information provided during the purchasing process, that they have understood it, and that they fully accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) stated herein.
5.7. These General Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Fabe srl.
5.8. Only products that are physically available in stock can be ordered on the Site. The integrated functionality of stock availability is accurate; however, there may be slight communication delays between the actual stock level and the situation reported on the site. Consequently, the availability of the item may not be guaranteed with certainty in some rare cases. If one or more ordered items are not immediately available for shipment and to avoid further delays in delivery, our staff will replace the missing products with items that have similar characteristics. In any case, the Customer is granted the option to modify the Order.
5.9. In the case of multiple purchases of Products, at the same time, by multiple Customers, Fabe srl reserves the right to verify, upon receipt of the order, the availability of the Product and, in the absence thereof, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the submitted order.
5.10. Adding a Product to the cart does not commit to completing the purchase of it. The Customer, as long as they have not completed the procedure for purchasing the Products, may: i) modify the quantity and/or remove Products already added to the cart; ii) add other Products to the cart.
5.11. Within the "my account" section available in the Client's reserved area on the Site, it will be possible to view account information, monitor the order status, any return requests, and make delivery requests to multiple addresses.
5.12. The order will be archived in the database of fabe srl for the time necessary for its execution and, in any case, within the legal terms.
Right of withdrawal
10.1. Pursuant to and within the limits of Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased Products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, which consists of the possibility to return the received Products and obtain a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without having to provide any justification.
10.2. The aforementioned term begins from the day on which the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer Customer, takes physical possession of the Product or:
in the case of multiple Products ordered by the Consumer Customer through a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer Customer, takes physical possession of the last Product;
in the case of delivery of a good consisting of lots or multiple pieces, from the day on which the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer Customer, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
10.3. This right, however, cannot be exercised:
in case of purchases less than 50 euros (unless the total amount that the Consumer Customer must pay regardless of the amount of the individual contracts exceeds 50 euros);
in the case of supply of goods that are made to measure or clearly customized;
in the case of the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
in the case of the supply of goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
10.4. The Customer who decides to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written communication to Fabe srl via registered mail with return receipt to the address of Fabe srl, at via Don Roagna 2, Cherasco 12062, and may anticipate this communication via email to the address info@lelangskincare.com (which will not replace the registered mail) or may send a certified email to the address fabe.srl@pec.it, which will replace the registered mail.
10.5. Fabe srl, following the Consumer Customer's withdrawal, must communicate via e-mail to the Consumer Customer a confirmation of the receipt of the intention to withdraw within 24/48 hours from the actual receipt of the communication of the exercise of the withdrawal.
10.6. By law, the shipping costs for the return of the Products are the responsibility of the Consumer Customer, and they must be sent to the following address: Fabe srl, via Don Roagna 2, Cherasco 12062, within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Customer communicated to Fabe srl their decision to withdraw from the contract (the deadline is met if the Consumer Customer returns the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period).
10.7. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Fabe srl will notify the customer of the incident (within the 5th day from the receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the Product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
10.8. Fabe srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival at the warehouse, the Product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the returned product is found to be damaged, Fabe srl will retain a percentage from the refund due as a contribution to the restoration costs.
10.9. Fabe srl must also reimburse all expenses incurred by the Consumer Customer (purchase of the Product and its original delivery; those for the return are obviously excluded) within 14 days from the communication of the right of withdrawal, and in any case prior to receiving the Product in return, by Bank Transfer or Paypal. It is the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details for the refund (account holder's name and surname, IBAN code).
10.10. The right of withdrawal is nonetheless subject to the following conditions:
The products of Fabe srl are sold in special packaging; such packaging is considered an integral part of the products. Therefore, in order to properly exercise the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories to limit damage to the original packaging).
the return, until the receipt acknowledgment by Fabe srl, is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
Fabe srl is not liable in any case for damages, theft, or loss of the returned Products;
Upon arrival at the return address indicated above, the Product will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not resulting from transportation.
10.11. The Consumer Customer will lose the right of withdrawal due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the Products (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Fabe srl ascertains:
the lack or damage of the outer packaging;
the absence or damage of the original internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the Product (accessories, parts);
the damage to the Product for reasons other than transport.
10.12. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Fabe srl will return the purchased Product to the Consumer Customer, charging them for the shipping costs, and no refund of the price paid will be issued.
10.13. It is specified that the right of withdrawal as governed by this clause is reserved only for Consumer Clients; the right of withdrawal is not provided for Professional Clients.

Guarantees
11.1. In the event of a lack of conformity, that is to say, the delivery of a good that has defects or flaws or is not in accordance with what is provided for in the sales contract, meaning unsuitable for the usual use of a good of the same type, differing from the description published on the site or not exhibiting the promised qualities, the provisions regarding Legal Warranty as set out in Articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree 205/2006 (Consumer Code) shall apply.
11.2. The scope of the legal warranty excludes any faults or malfunctions caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility, or by use of the Product that is not in accordance with its intended use and/or with what is provided in the technical documentation attached to the Product.
11.3. In case of a lack of conformity, the Consumer may request, at no cost (including shipping costs), the restoration through repair or replacement, at their choice, unless the remedy is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other.
11.4. The above remedy is to be considered excessively burdensome if it imposes unreasonable expenses on Fabe srl in comparison to the other, taking into account: a) the value that the Product would have if there were no conformity defect; b) the extent of the conformity defect; c) the possibility that the alternative remedy can be pursued without significant inconvenience to the Consumer Customer.
11.5. Replacements will be carried out within a reasonable time from the request and should not cause significant inconvenience to the Consumer Customer, taking into account the nature of the Product and the purpose for which it was purchased.
11.6. The Consumer may request, at their choice, a reasonable reduction of the price or the termination of the contract in the event of one of the following situations:
the replacement is impossible or excessively burdensome;
Fabe srl did not provide for the replacement within a reasonable time;
'the replacement previously made has caused significant inconveniences to the Consumer Customer.'
11.7. After the report of the lack of conformity, the seller may offer the Consumer Customer any other available remedy, with the following effects:
i) if the Consumer Customer has already requested a specific remedy, the seller remains obliged to implement it, with the necessary consequences regarding the start of the reasonable term for repairs or replacements, unless accepted by the Consumer Customer of the proposed alternative remedy;
ii) if the Consumer Customer has not already requested a specific remedy, the Consumer must accept the proposal or reject it by choosing another remedy pursuant to this article.
11.8. A minor defect in conformity, for which it has not been possible or is excessively burdensome to pursue the remedy of replacement, does not give the right to terminate the contract.
11.9. The legal warranty is limited to purchases made by Consumer Customers. As for Professional Customers, the provisions of the Civil Code in articles 1490 and following apply.
Complaints
12.1. Any possible complaint may be sent by written communication to Fabe Srl via registered mail with return receipt to the address of Fabe Srl via Don Roagna 2, Cherasco 12062 CN, and may anticipate such communication by email to the address info@lelangskincare.com, which will not replace the registered mail.
12.2. Claims made via email or contact form on the site are not accepted and considered valid.
12.3. For any problem or anomaly encountered, before proceeding with a complaint, the Customer is invited to contact Fabe srl through the appropriate section on the website www.lelangskincare.com. In almost all cases, any issue is resolved within a few hours.
Fabe srl believes in the quality of its products and strives to offer the best quality ingredients on the market. Having said that, please note the following:
