What are the expected delivery times?
Every order is processed by 2:00 PM and ships the same day it is placed. Any order placed after 2:00 PM will be prepared for the next business day. Delivery times are 24/48 hours via express courier. Exceptions are made for orders placed during holiday periods or with active promotions, which may experience delays.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping in Italy is done via GLS courier at €4.90 for all orders. Shipping is free for orders over €39. All shipments to San Marino are always done with GLS courier and have the same cost of €4.90. We ship to Europe with GLS courier at a cost of €14.99 for all orders with free shipping for orders over €100.
Are shipments to foreign countries active?

Can the shipping address be changed after the order has been placed?

We invite you to contact us promptly, and if the package has not yet been handed over to the courier, we will take care of the address change. In the event that the package has already been entrusted to the courier, we will indicate the address change as soon as the hold is activated, and we will commit to resuming delivery of your package as soon as possible.
Can the delivery be scheduled?
Yes, cash on delivery payment is active. The cash on delivery payment includes an additional charge of 5 euros for the service, to be added to the shipping cost if applicable. The order amount + 5 euros must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
What happens if the courier has made delivery attempts that were unsuccessful?
Don't worry: in the event that the courier attempted to make the delivery but found no one, it will be automatically rescheduled a second time for the next working day. After the second delivery attempt, the storage will be activated. If this happens, you just need to contact Lelang customer service directly to provide the instructions for unlocking the storage.
The package arrived damaged externally, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear that the package arrived damaged. We will arrange for a redelivery as soon as possible. Please contact us within 5 working days providing us with the order number, a photo of the package showing the extent of the damage, and the confirmation via signature of the receipt of the package with reservation for inspection.
I received a package but not all the ordered products were inside, what can I do?
No problem, we will take care of it! You just need to contact us within 8 working days from the receipt of the package and provide us with the order number in question and a photo of the package to certify the absence of damage and all the products received.
