These general terms and conditions of sale therefore apply to the purchase of the products available in the electronic catalog at the time of order submission. The images present in the description sheets are for illustrative purposes only and cannot, by their nature, perfectly match the product itself but may differ in color shades, dimensions, and accessories shown in the picture. The use of the site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Fabe Srl has the right to change its Terms and Conditions, and the changes become effective from the moment of publication on the site. The sales contract is considered perfected with the acceptance of your order by Fabe Srl. You will receive an order confirmation containing all the necessary details. Payments can be made through various methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and bank transfer. Fabe Srl guarantees timely communication in case of non-acceptance of the order. In accordance with Legislative Decree April 9, 2003, no. 70, which regulates electronic commerce, Fabe Srl will proceed to confirm the order after verifying the payment has been made and will send the customer the following information: order number and date product or products details, quantity and price payment type delivery cost total amount. In this way, the customer can verify the accuracy of the data within the order confirmation email and promptly report any errors to Fabe Srl. Please note that products can only be purchased if they are physically available: the stock availability of items is accurate, but small communication delays may occur between the actual stock level and the situation reported on the website. Consequently, the availability of the item may not be guaranteed with certainty in some rare cases. If this happens, Fabe Srl commits to refunding the amount spent, suggesting any related products with similar functionalities, and arranging for the restock of the product in question.

Payment by credit card involves an immediate charge of the amount at the time of order completion, PayPal charges the amount at the time of purchase while Klarna allows payment to be spread over three monthly installments with no additional costs. Cash on delivery payment includes an additional charge of 5 euros for the service cost, to be added to the shipping cost if applicable. The order amount + 5 euros must be paid to the courier upon delivery. Payment by bank transfer method does not guarantee the delivery times indicated on the site, as the payment must be credited by the bank within the timeframes set by each banking institution for such operations. Only after confirming the payment will the shipment of the goods be initiated. Adding a product to the cart does not commit the customer to purchase: before completing the purchase process, it is indeed possible to modify the quantity of products, remove those already in the cart, or add others. The cancellation of the order implies the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount with a refund within the time frame set by the banking system. Fabe Srl is not held responsible for any delays once the cancellation has been made.

The prices of the products are expressed in Euro and include VAT and other applicable taxes. Fabe Srl reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for orders below 39 euros, free for orders above.

As a Consumer Customer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the receipt of the product pursuant to and within the limits of Article 52 of the Consumer Code, with the possibility of returning the product to obtain a refund. Please note that there may be exceptions to this right. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the consumer. In case of a product conformity defect, the provisions relating to the Legal Warranty apply as per articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree 205/2006 (Consumer Code). The remedy options include repair or replacement of the product. A minor defect of conformity, for which it has not been possible or is excessively burdensome to pursue the remedy of replacement, does not give the right to terminate the contract.
