LeLang products can be purchased in two ways: at partner pharmacies and parapharmacies, or on the official website if you do not have one nearby. In Italy, we are not available through large-scale retail or marketplaces: this is a deliberate choice related to the type of product we formulate.

Why LeLang is available in pharmacies and parapharmacies
LeLang was born in the Langhe as a functional dermocosmetics brand, with formulas developed in our laboratory. A functional product works when it is chosen for the right skin and used correctly: that is why someone needs to ask a couple of questions before recommending it.
The pharmacy and parapharmacy counter is where this happens. The pharmacist sees the person, asks what they are already using, recognizes when a problem is not cosmetic and needs to be referred to a doctor. These are steps that a shelf cannot perform.
LeLang's official sales channels in Italy are partner pharmacies and parapharmacies and the website lelangskincare.com. If you find our products elsewhere, we cannot guarantee proper storage or the authenticity of the batch.
Where we are available
The network began in Piedmont, where approximately half of the points of sale are located, starting from the hills we come from. From there, it expanded to Lombardy, which is now the second region by number of partner pharmacies.

If your pharmacy does not carry us yet

How to find the nearest point of sale
The quickest method is the map: open the partner pharmacy page, search for your city and check the points of sale in the area. Before setting out, if you are looking for a specific product, it is best to call the pharmacy to check that it is available at that moment.

- Make a note of the pharmacy's name and call to check whether the product you are interested in is available.
- If you cannot find anything in your area, contact us through the Contact page: we will tell you which point of sale is most convenient.
What to ask at the counter
The most useful question is not “do you carry LeLang?”, but “what do you recommend for this skin?” Bring the products you are currently using with you, even just in a photo: it is the quickest way to understand what to add and, often, what to remove.

If you do not have a partner pharmacy nearby
In that case, the website is the right channel. Orders over 49 euros qualify for free shipping and arrive by express courier within 24/48 hours. All payment methods are listed on the How can I purchase page.
However, advice should not be missing. That is why we offer a free 15-minute online consultation: we look at your skin and current routine together and decide where to start. It is the same work a pharmacist would do, carried out remotely.
