L'Emulium® Mellifera MB is an emulsifier of natural origin. It keeps the water and oil phases of a cream together and is made up of just four ingredients: Polyglyceryl-6 Distearate, Jojoba Esters, Polyglyceryl-3 Beeswax and Cetyl AlcoholBeeswax and jojoba, with no ethoxylated derivatives.
Its distinctive feature lies in its liquid crystalstructure, which reorganizes itself according to environmental conditions. In cold or dry air, the film on the skin becomes more compact and retains water more effectively, supporting the work of the skin barrier; in warm, humid conditions, the same cream remains perceptibly lightweight. This is why a product built around this emulsifier performs well in January as it does in August without changing a single detail of the formula.
It is used in creams for dry and reactive skin, where comfort depends as much on the texture as on the active ingredients. It starts working from the moment the product touches the skin, and its effect is apparent in the way it feels to use.
It is approved by Ecocert and Cosmos and certified as 100% naturally derived, with a composition that combines two traditional cosmetic raw materials—beeswax and jojoba—in a modern structure. The enveloping yet never heavy texture of creams containing it comes from this.
